Physics scientist in Atmospheric Sciences group
Caroline is a physics scientist whose research focused on the macro and microphysics of the clouds, aerosol-cloud-radiation interactions, precipitation, as well as the parameterization of atmospheric physical processes.
She has a MSc in Atmospheric and Oceanographic Sciences in exchange program between two universities (UPS-Toulouse, UQAM-Montreal), and a PhD in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences in co-tutoring involving universities and laboratories (UQAM-Montreal, LATMOS-Paris, LAMP-Clermont-Ferrand).
Caroline has previously worked in the development and research sections on numerical weather predictions at Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) in Montreal.
The main objective of SUPER is to quantify the influence of anthropogenic activity on sub-daily extreme precipitation in highly populated regions
