Balthazar has a bachelor’s degree in politics (Newcastle University) and has undertaken his final year dissertation on the regulations of the mining sector in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Questions about climate justice, poverty management and Africa's development were raised.
He is particularly interested in the link of how climate change is challenging stability and peace in societies.
