Dr. Taoyuan Wei is Research Professor at CICERO and responsible for macroeconomic modelling in interdisciplinary research projects related to energy, climate change, and environment.

With solid background in economics, Dr. Wei has conducted interdisciplinary studies and accumulated considerable experience on interdisciplinary collaboration in the fields of climate system, energy and agricultural science. Climate Economics

The Climate Economics group is an applied, policy-oriented research team specializing in the design and evaluation of climate policy. The group combines economic modeling, statistical analysis, and behavioural and experimental methods to assess the cost effectiveness, distributional impacts and political feasibility of climate policies.
