Six CICERO researchers contributing to the next IPCC reports

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has completed its selection of authors to their seventh assessment report. CICERO will contribute with six authors and one review editor to the world’s most comprehensive and widely used climate assessment.

CICERO has a long tradition of supplying the IPCC with authors. Over the years, more than 20 scientists and researchers have had leading roles in producing the world’s most comprehensive and widely used climate assessment.

In the seventh assessment report, CICERO contributes with one coordinating lead author, three lead authors and one review editor. This ranks CICERO among the top ten institutions in terms of the number of authors. In addition, CICERO is home to one vice-chair in Working Group III.
