Christine Tørklep combines extensive management experience from finance, industry, and public administration with professional expertise in the environment, climate, and value creation.
Tørklep has been director of broad business schemes at the Research Council of Norway, with a focus on research-based innovation. She led the work on sustainable investments at Storebrand Asset Management from 2005 to 2015 and also has experience in business development, sales, analysis, consulting, and project management.
Tørklep has a background in environmental engineering, environmental strategy, and financial management. She has served on the boards of Folketrygdfondet and Statskog, been appointed to the Climate Council and the Technology Council, and represented Norway in the international research funding network EUREKA.
